Dispones de un plazo de 14 días desde la recepción de tu pedido para cancelar tu compra, sin necesidad de justificación y sin penalización, según establecen la Directiva (UE) 2023/2673 y la normativa de protección al consumidor aplicable en tu país.

Rellena el formulario siguiente. Recibirás una confirmación automática por correo electrónico cuando registremos tu solicitud. La devolución se tramitará dentro del plazo legal aplicable a tu compra.
Utiliza este formulario para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento previsto en la legislación de la UE en materia de protección al consumidor. Al enviarlo se registrará tu solicitud y recibirás una confirmación por correo electrónico sin que ello suponga, por sí mismo, que se haya aceptado el desistimiento.
